3. Pre-loved and second-hand products

Pre-loved products are non-refundable for change-of-mind reasons.

4. Pricing and payment

Payment must be successfully completed using an available payment method before an order is processed.

Opened or used skincare, beauty and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
